STRESS is a safe and effective program developed by Leonard V Godinho to help people suffering from stress-related problems like continuous tension, anxiety, depression and the ever-increasing epidemic of memory loss in society today.

Memory or remembrance is the power of storing a thought process and supplying the desired information with the power of recall. When we fail to counter a stress situation, accumulated stress can increase the risk of both acute and chronic psychosomatic illnesses, weaken the immune system and lead to memory loss.

The STRESS program teaches you how to effectively and scientifically reduce tension and improve psychological well-being from anxiety with its unique combination of breath, concentration, mindfulness, relaxation, meditation and specific yogic exercises. During practice there is no muscular contraction involved in these exercises, but focus on softening, relaxing, relieving and releasing the grip of muscular inner tension.

With every STRESS session one is actually burning the old habits and tendencies in order to be born anew. The mind is first “scientifically disconnected” from the external surroundings and from the physical body through relaxation techniques. The individual experiences and establishes the link between the conscious desires, the will power, the subconscious and the unconscious mind. With constant practice these techniques restructure, reshape and transform the whole personality.

Leonard uses specific techniques that provide access to many beneficial first-person experiences of consciousness. His STRESS program offers the personal exploration of expanded states of consciousness. Participants practice these techniques as a way of total physical, mental and emotional relaxation which helps to eliminate stress and achieve comprehensive good health.
