In today’s world, a majority of children lead a sedentary lifestyle in view of much of their time being spent watching TV, on computers, mobile/cell phones, etc. A fitness program for your child is essential due to the many diseases and health problems resulting from obesity, associated with a sedentary lifestyle that will increase due to inactive children becoming inactive adults.
